1. WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES I SEE ON THE WEBSITE?
All prices are in NOK

2. HOW CAN I ORDER?
Select your product, select add to cart, purchase it, then enter your billing information, name, address, phone number and continue shopping.

3. WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit card providers Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PAYPAL.

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Norway: Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from the date orders are placed. Your order will arrive approximately 1-3 business days after it is shipped.

5. CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has shipped, we will email you your tracking number and tracking website.

6. CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of the original purchase. Please include your full name and order number on the returned packages.
Please note: If your package is on its way, you must wait until it arrives and return it before receiving a refund.

7. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and changed within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time period, your order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. You must cancel your order before it ships. If your item has already shipped, use our easy returns system to receive a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel this order. You can still get a refund upon arrival.
